Meals in Greenland have been interesting. I’ve eaten everything from Muskox, reindeer and wild salmon to peperoni pizza, burgers and chicken wings. This is a collection of the dining experience during my time in Greenland, as well as a few beers, wine, sodas, and other nick nacks.

Tony G. Reames is an assistant professor in the School for Environment & Sustainability (SEAS) at the University of Michigan. He has a PhD in public administration from the University of Kansas. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a Master of Engineering Management from Kansas State University, and a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
