Eco-Music Monday: Michael Franti & Spearhead “Good to Be Alive Today”

Meg Holden

Today’s Eco-Music Monday comes from a supportive friend to the North, Meg Holden. Dr. Holden is an urban studies and geography professor at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada (and hopefully a future collaborator).

Meg says Good to be Alive Today by Michael Franti and Spearhead “is a low key and patient but relentlessly optimistic song that accounts for all of the reasons to fear the present and future, but does not let go.”

Listen, Enjoy, and Reflect!
